Globally, Alliances Françaises operate as registered societies, adhering to local laws. The Executive Committee includes prominent Indian personalities who contribute expertise to fulfill the organization’s missions. The president is elected by the Executive Committee members in a General Assembly. A Director, appointed and remunerated by the French Government, manages each institution.
Alliance française in India collaborates closely with Indian partner organizations, the French Embassy, and the French Institute in India.

As a premier institution for learning French, Alliance française offers a comprehensive range of courses from beginner to advanced levels for children, teenagers, and adults, emphasizing action-based and communicative teaching methods through authentic content and role-playing.
